- South Florida -- Tradequest International, (OTCBB:TRDQ), doing business as InComm Holdings Corp., today announced that it has named Terry Kirschner as its Vice President and Chief Technology Officer. Mr. Kirschner's responsibilities will be primarily focused on the Company's systems and network operations and technology integration as well as introducing the Company's telephony network and value-added Enhanced IP services to direct distributors with an established base of enterprise customers.

Mr. Kirschner is one of two Principal Founders of Zeugma, Inc., a high technology consulting firm that provides technology and sales solutions to commercial industry in multiple countries. Mr. Kirschner has held certifications by Cisco, Microsoft, and Oracle, and has been Vice President in charge of Development and Technology of Logica North America, ProfitKey International, and Across Data Systems. Mr. Kirschner has led the development, testing, and deployment of desktop multimedia systems, satellite management systems, message queuing systems, telecom routing systems, telecom service management and service control systems, factory management, accounting, and control systems, medical transcription and airline reservation systems, securities and commodities management systems, desktop, server, and midrange operating systems, and other key projects. He has led projects for IBM, Microsoft, Tandem, Cable and Wireless, WorldCom, SAS, Cooper Cameron Corporation, PCC Valves, Motorola, Oracle Transcriptions, Delta Airlines, IntelSat, Level 8 Systems, and other companies during the twenty five plus years he has been in the technology industry.
